Thank you for your interest in the Tennessee Farm Fresh program! In order to take advantage of this program and all it offers, please complete the following steps:

1. Read, sign and agree to the Tennessee Farm Fresh application and guidelines
2. Mail the $100 annual fee, by check, payable to Tennessee Farm Fresh, with the two forms above to the following address.

Producers will be notified of approval into the program by the Tennessee Farm Fresh coordinator and review committee. If your application is not accepted, your $100 annual fee will be returned to you.
